Never seen him play but from the looks of him, he doesn't look like an obvious bust. Not saying he has a look of greatness but he ain't clear cut trash like Goff was.
I don't follow women's sports so I don't know if it applies. From the little bit I do know, it prolly doesn't since a lot female athletes are ugly due to increased masculine traits.

Anybody who thought Goff was ever gonna be anything more than a serviceable backup is an idiot. You could see clear as day coming in to the league he was gonna be trash.
Goff looked good in 1st half of Packers game but was scoreless 2nd half, had turnovers and have issues dealing with wet football's/fumbling.
The book is out on him and been out on him. Lions D also gave up a lot of points past 2 games. Unless he improves dealing with pressure and reading defenses, he gonna end up being just a serviceable backup. He can make a lot of the throws...but it takes more than that to be a franchise QB.

There’s more to being a quarterback than throwing the ball, up until there the quarterback mentioned excels
lacks true leadership instinct and I am afraid it’s hard to feign that and keep an offense together going down the field against 11 men determined to keep them from doing that
There is something about it that starts with the quarterback, really just like the ECU on a good engine. They aren’t plug and play and you can’t just give the keys of a Benz over to a Corolla driver and expect the same success. 11-5 from 5-11 isn’t the same type pf 11-5 that follows 16-0
There are 32 men starting at the quarterback position at the major league professional level. He is one of them, he has the arm to make the throws.
in this case he’s getting the keys to a Ford. Detroit will be a proving grounds in this man’s career, has a chance to start over with a new team around him. In a stat pad friendly system as well

We still gotta see more from Goff. Lions on an upward swing but they still may have to eventually draft a QB. Goff had some bad games this year including getting shut out by New England.
