People don't survey and look at their surroundings anymore..
The preoccupation with these devices that have made people increasingly stupid with the fact that a lot of the neighborhoods are being gentrified with people who are totally clueless to crime/plight, have a lot of people looking like food out here..
If you are an 80s baby, you learned those certain "instincts" due to the environment we grew up in.
But if shyt gets bad like the Regan/Bush era, nikkas gon learn...
