I originally paid 100 a week , then after working for a few months he suggested I pay 200 and give an incentive each deal. The incentive is only about $100

Yea, the money is different over there. Everything I pay him are prices he presented to me.

None really. I have an assistant in the Phillipines that I pay to make all the calls and he works like 6 hrs a day for me. I just tell him what amount to negotiate. The most I did was drive to the property to meet with the sellers and take pictures .
