Your not underweight at all. When I was at my best shape I was 6'2 190. shyt looked wonderful.

Whats your diet like? I know some tips to gain weight since you sound like an Ectomorph like myself. What excercises are you doing?
Shyt man I really eat anything (except for seafood), but I try to eat more pastas and rices and always make sure I have meats n stuff. I also like to add sweets like ice cream and cakes n shyt to fatten up.

  • Skull Crushers (triceps)
  • Weighted Pullups
  • Weighted Dips
  • Seated Hammer Curls
  • Revers Tri Curls
Legs-45 min
  • Parallel Squat
  • Leg Push machine
  • Calf Push
  • Inner Thigh
  • Outer Thigh
  • Sumo Squats
Abs/Obliques-30 min do each exercise twice
  • Seated ab crunch machine 25
  • V-Crunch 25
  • Cable Jackhammers 25
  • Standing disc crunch 25
  • Decline Situp 25
  • Oblique Dumbbell side crunch 25

:skip: apparently as a 6'1.5 182lb Nigerian male my body is not meeting the standards of a healthy one. I'm a gym nut and go bout 4 times a week and to me my body is nice (@The5thLetter @MarsPunka @Raedawn07 can confirm my sexiness) but i may need to gain some more weight. This is actually cooI since I been tryin to gain weight for bulking up and adding mass to my frame for my weightlifting workouts, but as a young african male my metabolism is stupid fast and no matter how much I eat my weight seems to fluctuate between 182lb-190lb. I been thinkin bout coppin sum metabolism slowing pills but only as a last resort, help me out brehs.

You need to buy Casein Protein. make a shake of that with peanut butter and you choice of fruit and some almond milk. That should be the last thing you drink every night b4 you go to sleep. It keeps your body from losing weight at nite while you sleep since you have a high metabolism. I used it for 6 mths while working out and eating clean. Gained 10 lbs of good weight.

Only excercise I would add to your workout to gain mass is some deadlifts and cleans.

That Casein should work for you.

Do you count your calories and macros? There's really no way not to gain weight if you count calories. Just eat at a surplus and you'll gain weight.

Watch out eating that fatty shyt and not lifting or getting enough protein though, lest you end up crashing through the wall of Larry Holmes Gardens.
