Shyt man I really eat anything (except for seafood), but I try to eat more pastas and rices and always make sure I have meats n stuff. I also like to add sweets like ice cream and cakes n shyt to fatten up.Your not underweight at all. When I was at my best shape I was 6'2 190. shyt looked wonderful.
