It was a very enjoyable game, extremely well-written.

I particularly liked the character development and the relationship between Peter and Otto. Some of the suits were fire and the graphics along with the music was top-notch.

This game was better than a lot of Hollywood productions. I could do without the scenes where you have to play as Miles or MJ, I didn't hate it but I couldn't wait to get back to playing as Spider-Man.

I also liked the wide array of villains they threw in the game, and the dialogue was good. The controls were so intuitive, it didn't take me long to get used to it. The way the replicated Manhattan was amazing, I liked how they called the projects the districts rofl.

Here is my Top 5 Super Hero games of all-time:

5. Batman - NES (1989)

Graphics, music, and gameplay was incredible. And although I never beat it (very difficult) I did enjoy trying. It was one of the first games I can remember (Besides Ninja Gaiden) that had fire cutscenes.

4. Batman: Arkham Asylum (2009)

This game was incredible, high quality production, dope storyline, controls, etc.

I never played it...my backlog of games I need to play is out of this world.
It's really better than all the games you've mentioned. The ability to unlock abilities and upgrade your character was incredible as well as the array of characters to choose from.

I’m going to try it out before the end of the year.

How better is this game in terms of exploring the city and it's replication to Activision's Spiderman 2 for the PS2?

On two player mode this was beast, because if one player messed up both of ya died. Me and my boys (about 8 of us) would all meet up at our friends crib and game all day and night in our early teens.

I never played Activision's Spider-Man but I will say the exploratory aspect in PS4 Spider-Man is done pretty well, the side missions don't feel like a chore and actually go hand in hand with complimenting the main storyline.

The attention to detail the developers paid, makes exploring the city fun. Developers put fire escapes, air conditioners, satellite dishes, i was like "Damn! they made this shyt look just like Manhattan"
