This kid is apparently the show stopper as far as handles -

Chase actually grew up across the street from my uncle. My uncle was telling me that he was the best kid he'd ever seen way back when Chase was about 6 or 7. I saw him play in person either this summer or the last. Obviously you can see the handles in the clip but his court vision & IQ are really high for his age as well. I don't know how far he can go being so short tho
