Listen , dude is one of the most smoothest, fanciest players to ever step foot on the court, but people was be acting like he was the 2nd coming of Jordan, or that he would be up there with the kobes and lebrons of the world. Even before the injury dude wasn't averging more the 21 a game. He was a solid player on the court that put up average numbers. I don't want to hear any what ifs


Edit- the first response was "he was a point guard"

So he was a point guard who couldn't average more than 7 assist :jbhmm:

Let people live. Dude's career was cut short by injury.

No point it trying to "make sure a player to properly rated"

The NBA is still entertainment and ppl loved watching him play.

I don't think anyone considers Penny an all-timer, we all know his career got cut short due to his knee problems and only saw a short time of his prime :dahell:

At his best, he was a top 10 player in the league and easily a top 5 guard and could have been a HOF but we know how that ended :dahell:
