i agree, but unfortunately thats 90% of all fitness forums

i put a fatloss sticky up there as well as work out resources + other user submitted workouts that hopefully people read

but at the end of the day, the reason everyone isnt in shape is due to not being properly educated on fitness(i was once one of them) and thus having all kinds of weird misconceptions on why they arent in shape. So for their sake, unless they making more than one thread about it, i gotta let it ride

You definitely did a good job of increasing traffic with that winstrol thread. It's a human interest story and you were honest with your intentions. Lot of people lie and give unrealistic expectations by saying they are clean.
