Here's your problem right here breh. You have an EMPLOYEE mindset. You expect someone to pay you this rather than creating your own income. Of course no regular ass 9-5 pays 20k a week. That's common sense. Start thinking like an entrepreneur and then maybe you'll see that income ceilings don't really exist.

I think a lot of it is how we were raised. Family members wearing uniforms with name tags stitched on their shirts. My folks both work at Ford Motor Company. I saw what I thought were great material things. Trips to nice places. To me, it was so simple to just follow in their footsteps. They used to tell me to go to school but I was like, the fukk for? Y'all didn't go to school and y'all are ballin so eventually, I did make it with them. Hated it every step of the way. Went back to school 4 years in. Now, I have my MBA and I'm cleaning up some classes to get another bachelor's degree, this one in accounting since I'm already a controller so that I can get my CPA and be a CEO before I die. Nowadays, I make more an hour than when I worked at Ford with time and a half for overtime.

Take your career into your own hands and like breh said, you will see that these income ceilings don't exist, how hard you grind with be the main determination of what you get in relation to income.

I make upwards of 1.2mill/year (give or take) playing poker.

It's not impossible but it takes time and effort to work your way up. If you think you're working hard, you're not.

You have to remember most millionaires ain't sitting on a million dollars in liquid cash.

A lot of it is tied up in investments and properties.

Easiest way to become a millionaire is through real estate.

Buy a house, live in it, put money down on the principle. The take profits buy another one, rent that out, and so on.

Soon you will easily have over a million just in properties.

It make take 5-10 years, but millionaires ain't made over night.
This can be done faster and with less risk the more ppl you work with. Like business partners or even s spouse.

I play poker as well. Do you have a hendonmob? 1.2 million per year? I'd like to see your credentials with that kind of claim. I doubt you're playing only cash. You must've had quite a score.

You're gonna need to provide some proof. I'm a very serious poker player and I know a few guys in the six figure range.

:whew: how did you start/learn breh

No one is going to believe me on here but I don't really care. I started when I was young. I went to a small high school, so everyone knew everyone. When I was in 8th grade I started playing in poker tourney's with some of the older kids, like 11th-12th grade. They taught me how to play and took my money for a while. I did some studying on my own and watched poker on tv RELIGIOUSLY because I wanted to beat those chumps. We played pretty much every Saturday, so I was playing 52 times a week in person from 8th-12th grade. Then when Pokerstars, full tilt, etc.. was big I was playing on that pretty much every day trying to get better. When I turned 18 I started going out to the indian casino near where I went to college 2-3 times a week and spent my weekends there playing 8-10+ hours a day taking old dudes money. Paid off my college loans with the money I got there.

Poker is very easy to learn. Almost impossible to master. 1.2 million a year in a casino is almost impossible and my man has yet to provide any sort of statistics or proof.

I play a lot of private games with high stakes guys that I've met over the years. I rake maybe 100k in casinos throughout the year the rest comes in private games. :yeshrug:

Everyone wants to be an entrepreneur but no one wants to take risk and work endlessly till that Milly comes. Think it's just come up with an idea and rich in a second. You could very well lose it all as well as end up rich.

Convenient. And where do you live? And what stakes are these "private games"? 5000nl? 20000nl? Can you provide spreadsheets of your profit/loss since you claim to know how much you make per year? What is your hourly rate?
