You can tighten your skin only by stretching it back out by...you guessed it...gaining weight. The key is for the weight you gain to be lean mass. Think of it like stretching putty over a piece of broccoli, the broccoli being body fat. Remove the broccoli and you're left with stretched out putty. Replace the broccoli with something solid of the same size and the putty will fit tightly over it.
Hopefully someone will come through with a better analogy.
Chest needs to be sculpted and lifted by various different chest exercises that get the chest at all different angles. Then cut more bodyfat and you should be straight hopefully. Get your shoulders to be bigger as well
you must feel like a different person after losing that much weight. like just the stress relief on your joints must feel good. and you probably reduced some health risks by a lot. so props on all of that.
as far as loose skin, like others have said, give your body some time to adjust. keep losing body fat and gaining lean mass by increasing the weights on the bar and sticking to your diet. who knows, your skin might adjust.
