I make them solve it at the end of the interview.

I sit there watching them and when I see them put the wrong answer, in my head I just look them in the eye and be like

Explain why you used affective vs effective? I’m not saying you’re wrong but I’m conflicted.

one deals with emotions. the other deals with results.

I hate interviewing people. so for me, affective is more appropriate. :hubie:



I can tell if i'm going to hire someone within the first 5 minutes. But I drag the shyt out. This test actually is for entertainment purposes as well. I'm emotionally unstable at work :manny:
