I need losing weight

anybody else feel they are reaching an age where they dont care what they eat not watching carbs and sugar and all that.

i am on the slim side but i am not doing too much upkeep outside the 50+ knuckle push ups every day and have been doing so all year.

I’d consider eating one meal a day which we could call intermittent fasting. It’s steal should promote a calorie deficit.

Start getting active-active because even a skinny nikkas metabolism will hit the wall
