Heres what you do,one day when you are all together. You demand Weston confess to Carl that he lied on Taylor. Because its just not sitting right with you based on all Carls done for Weston. Make it clear your not trying to ruin the friendship but Weston owes Carl and Taylor an apology.
This gives everybody involved a chance. And your throwing it out of your hands. Weston can retract his statement or confess. Taylor can confess, continue to lie. Or accept your out and turn on Weston,and save her relationship.
