And dont tell me about no god damn oatmeal... I just made 3 servings, I barely got thru half (225kcal!!!!!!)

I need some shyt that is fast burn, but isn't super sweet (or salty). Trying to keep it healthy, but also do it easy with some shyt that is quick to put down

My shyts right now are

- Ritz cracker sleeves (500kcal)
- Unsalted saltines (~500kcal)
- Candied walnuts (varies, easy though)

Mite start making some kind of trail mix... nuts + dried fruits are calorie dense as fukk and easy to put away

Im trying to keep it clean.... throw me some suggestions.

To piggyback off Amare68's answer, you can make your own nut butters (no homo) with or without sweetener and it makes an excellent snack. If you have a food processor or blender you can easily do it. Eat it with your crackers or put it in your oatmeal (which I personally hate).

Red meat. Make your own burgers. Wheat bread. Wheat pasta. On a bulk, some white rice and pasta isn't a bad thing.

I don't know how you're going to gain weight eating chicken breast and egg whites.

I would throw potatoes in there. The normal variety.

Most "clean" foods that are calorie dense fill you up quick and burn over a longer period of time so you eat less.

Get a blender. Grind dat oatmeal into a smoothie nikka. You can easily get in 2 cups that way.
