Basically. I don't have time up figure out who is doing what and who gets what. Just leave a percentage, and the rest of that is on them.I leave the tip on the table or on the receipt and let them figure it out themselves
I hate the new thing of tipping before service is rendered. Like when ordering Uber Eats or even when I went to Panera Bread the other day, they asking for tip before I even got my food, wtf

I knew that was coming
Bro, you just tip.Did y’all notice this goofy shyt they do now..
You go in & a waiter or waitress will take your order, bring you your drinks
Then some random mfer will come drop off your food
Then the original waiter will check in once more to see how everything is
Then the original drops off the check
So I’m suppose to tip you or the mfer who brought the food
Smells like broke in here![]()
Everyone in the office looking at me crazy rnNext time they do this call them both over and have them rock, paper, scissor for the tip. Winner faces you in a best of 3 game of "tip or no tip". They win you tip the winning waiter(ess). You win, no one gets a damn tip.
It exist in America tho. That’s what it is here. If an extra $10-$20 is breaking your wallet you have other things to worry about.Tipping doesn't exist in civilizations older than america. In asia and europe tipping is non existent.
