Remember hearing this on DJ Clue's Mixtape for Dummies back in the summer of '01 Stevie wouldn't clear it unless he cleaned it up. Rule had the same situation with Extascy on the Rule 336 album where the record had to be cleaned up or Barry White wasn't clearing it. Rappers went through this issue heavy when it claim to their lyrics and cleaning it up for sample clearances
