I didn't notice racism when I was a kid but it has reared its head as Ive aged. Beyond and besides the internet, I've been called racial slurs by cacs while leaving the subway and while walking on the sidewalk by cacs in cars. I've seen packs of cacs harass individial black men on the street for no apparent reason. I've also meet Neo Nazi cacs as well as more subtle types of racists, some of whom were cacs but not all. I've me Asian and Arab and Indian racists too.

Get out the,house. You can't be serious. I can think of at least 5 stories off the top of my head that happened to me this year.

People keep saying that the racism is subtle but that is not true. Racism is bold and in your face. It's just become so normalized that AA have come to accept it. The n-word which these young WP use frequently btw is the tip if the iceberg.

I live close to NY and have more than five racism stories so maybe OP is either lucky; or doesn't meet many cacs in school or work (might just b a loser who only talks to a group of poor ones); or just doesn't notice it; but I've definitely experienced racism from not only cacs but Asians and Arabs and Indians too.

You have met them before. They just hide it in person or only expose their true feelings to people they feel comfortable around. People in general talk crazy online and try to come off as tough yet act passive aggressive in person.

In my day to day, I can't say, that I've experienced any outright hostility or racism from the whites. I don't doubt that many are, but as long as they don't hold any type of institutional power over my livelihood or the safety of me or my loved ones, and show me respect to my face, I don't really give a d*mn whats in their ~*Heart of Hearts*~. As it stands, most interactions Ive had with them outside of the internet have been civil, if not downright pleasant Honestly the most vitriolic racism I've ever encountered has come from uppity ass asians and latinos (mostly other women being catty), which is the main reason I don't buy into the whole *~People of Color Solidarity~* thing.

I have never experienced any direct racism from a white person before and I've lived in a predominately white area (Like 60% white, %40 minority, so not by much) for the majority of my life.
