Credit scores are just an indicator. No financial institution/lender base their decisions on your credit score.
Fam what!?

If your score is high enough you can go get 50k on a credit card right now. No income verification. If your score is too low you will never be approved

4 points above "Ain't shyt" ! :mjlol:

Real talk , I hate the credit system and I say this as someone that's ok.
Why? It’s a joke and if you just play the game you will be top tier.

You can not pay your bills, still win disputes and be an 800 player with all the perks

You're now in agreement with my original sentiment that credit scores are just an indicator and it's your credit history which is important in decision making. And there's more than one agency that will score you differently. :sas2:

You lack comprehension skills so I've no interest really in replying further. Other than to say that I have flawless credit history, without a single late payment or default in over 15 years to in excess of 10 credit cards, in addition to many other credit lenders. Not subprime products either. My credit score? In the 200s. Crazy, huh? :comeon:

And this is a direct reply.

I'm out, peace!
:mjlol: was this a serious post? A flawless credit history and a credit score in the 200s? Hahahaha.

Yes it was serious. I'm not about to dox myself but here are screenshots I've cropped from my report.

I've cleared and closed a few cards since that post in preparation for applying for some others so my score according to one agency has jumped a little since, but receipts...

It went up another 58 points yesterday. Obviously before that it was in the 300's, and before that in the 200's.

Credit cards currently down to just 9..

Perfect payment history, not a single missed or late payment..

Lenders don't use your score. They use the information contained within your report.

The lowest possible credit score is 300, full stop. fukking liar

@Red
Get back in here and address this

Screenshot from my friend's report who can't manage his money to show you sub-300 scores are possible.

I can almost guarantee your utilization is high as shyt on your credit cards... that's whats dropping your score.

Payment History is only 35% of your score. Fico is factoring in other things too.

Credit Mix
Average Age of Credit
Utilization
Hard Inquiries

those are the things that impact your 3 digit score. In addition to that, FICO has hundreds of other 'reason codes' they could use to deny you funding.

the 3 digit FICO isnt everything, but its accurate in determining risk to a bank.

With that being said, salute to you on the recent score bump

Your credit score can't go up 58 fukking points in one day :deadrose:

Now not only were you below the lowest possible score at 200, but your buddy has a 165 :deadrose:

I don't know what's in this lie for you, but you're dedicated to the bit :dead:

Not in one day. An increase of 100 points in a month is rare.

What's considered high enough because I have a score of 790 and credit karma doesn't suggest anywhere near that amount. I recently just got a credit card with $5k the other day.

FICO & Vantage both set the lowest possible credit score at 300. However, almost nobody has this low of a score. In fact, according to FICO, the average credit score in America is 704. A bad FICO credit score ranges from 300-579, while a bad Vantage score ranges 300-499.
