The front runner shyt people parrot is so corny man.
He's been involved in multiple game altering shots that led to a comeback these playoffs alone. He has regularly willed this Pacers team to comebacks with shotmaking and shot creation. And what player talks shyt when they're losing?
He does sometimes have issues with his aggression in games, the Pacers are obviously a better team when he's looking for his shot more and driving to the rim, but you can't treat him like a Brunson and say he's had a bad game by just looking at the points he has scored, because he completely runs that Pacers offense like a true traditional PG is supposed to. There's damn near no PG in the league that is doing what he's doing right now as a facilitator. And the Pacers offense falls off a cliff when he's not out there. All that ball movement, pace and dynamism starts to get muddy and ugly when he's on the bench.
I think he's going to have a really tough series against this OKC team. They're going to swarm him and try to nullify him in a way he's not had to deal with so far. It's a huge test and if he has a bad series mfs will up this thread calling him a fraud, but I think what he's done in these playoffs so far has been undeniable.
