Yupp this "Work from Home" thing currently is a guinea pig to see if they can transfer the same work overseas for 1/10th of the price of labor
Have yall not been paying attention to economics the last 20 years??????Have yall not been paying attention to economics the last 20 years??????
They BEEN outsourced, if you aren't outsourced now, I doubt you will have a problem now i
For me, I’d like on site one week per month and offsite the rest. I don’t need to go 2-3 days a week either. Not just to be there. The ideal would be going into the office 2-3 days a week
I envy you guys that work from home, but I'm sure it would get old eventually
Before the lockdown, I could go to the gym during lunch, run an errand or two if I needed to. My manager is cool, if I needed extra time to take care of something and promised to make up the missed time, she was like
as long as the work got done. When my moms was in the hospital a couple years ago, they let me flip my schedule; I would go to the hospital in the morning and stay till 3:00. Get home at 4:00, log on to work till 12:00. It's all about flexibility, which I love. The ideal would be going into the office 2-3 days a week

I'm saying that the average American is not self aware enough to understand that it a capitalistic society, labor will end up going to the lowest legal bidder
