The ideal would be going into the office 2-3 days a week
For me, I’d like on site one week per month and offsite the rest. I don’t need to go 2-3 days a week either. Not just to be there.

I envy you guys that work from home, but I'm sure it would get old eventually

I've been home-based with my current job since I started four years ago. Go back to working in an office? :hhh: Before the lockdown, I could go to the gym during lunch, run an errand or two if I needed to. My manager is cool, if I needed extra time to take care of something and promised to make up the missed time, she was like :manny: as long as the work got done. When my moms was in the hospital a couple years ago, they let me flip my schedule; I would go to the hospital in the morning and stay till 3:00. Get home at 4:00, log on to work till 12:00. It's all about flexibility, which I love.

The only way I would consider going back to an office job, first of all the paper would have to be worth it to give up my current situation, and second of all, the most days in the office I could stomach is two.
