Do you have to feed the plants fertilizer for it to flower & how long does a plant take to flower . Can you turn a male plant into a female & can you identify a female seed by looking at it

You have to think about the operating cost. You have to pay for seeds/clones ,soil, nutrients, water, electricity, gardening equipment, etc plus it's going to be some months between planting and having cured product for sale. Then factor in having to deal with the consequences of a cultivation charge in an illegal state.

A few years back I grew outdoor with guides from forums and ended up with 5 OZs dry from 2 plants but I'm sure professional grows yield Way more

I didn’t touch production but I’m licensed. Their shyt is dope af tho, about 300k in equipment alone. I loved watching that process.
