I quit weed and ciggs two days ago, anyone else quit before?

I love weed and I think it should be legal but it's just not for me anymore and causing physical and mental problems. Ciggs obviously speak for themselves, they are just horrible. No redeeming qualities, not one positive thing about ciggs all negatives.

Anyone else ever quit either or both at the same time? Feels like weed is easier to quit than ciggs. I stacked up on some nicotine gum tho.

I quit smoking weed about a year ago. Only smoked like 3 times during special ocassions but isn't a daily thing like it was for years. The first couple weeks are tough but you be good after that. Still get urges now and then but don't give in

I dabbled in cigarettes for about four years before quitting, it's been a year since I've quit.

One of the hardest things I've ever done. Just live your life with discipline though, you'll be alright...only thing that sucks is that the smoking dreams can apparently hit you even 10 years after you've quit. But they're not that regular, I've only had two in the last six months.

The smell of cigarettes becomes awful again by your second/third week of abstinence from the vice.

There are smoking quitting apps that track a bunch of stuff, like how much you would've spent if you kept on smoking. Try to get one on your phone...and take pride in the fact that you quit. That pride is what's gonna keep you from buying a pack when you feel that occasional violent urge to smoke again.

Yeah, quit cold turkey like 12 years ago. Cigs are the worst to quit, even still I sometimes have an urge but I think about how disgusting them shyts taste :donotlike:

Nah, being addicted to the cigarettes is junkie shyt. Some junkies can't quit cold turkey. So they ween off with the gum.

Same shyt with heroin junkies when they take methadone or buprenorphine
