You still addicted to the substance foo whether you inhaling , chewing , snorting, injecting
It's just a way to ween off ciggs but I don't even chew the gum for that I chew it because it gives you a little buzz. I don't see anything wrong with nicotine it's more so the other shyt in ciggarettes and inhaling it.

It's really a mind over matter thing and you just have to tell yourself I quit no question about it im not smoking. I didn't smoke weed for like 11 days and then I went to see the lox so I had to smoke mad blunts. Seems easier to quit weed than cigs prob cause you can buy ciggs anywhere any time.

Yeah, quit cold turkey like 12 years ago. Cigs are the worst to quit, even still I sometimes have an urge but I think about how disgusting them shyts taste :donotlike:

Cold turkey is the best way to go. Completely forget about your reliance on nicotine. The physical withdrawal will only last for so long.

Yeah man. Nicotine is no joke. I had to take that addiction and put in into something else, for me it was the gym. When I felt that need to smoke, I did some sort of exercise, albeit push ups or jogging.

Once you get over that physical dependency, you're pretty much good to go.

I quit smoking both. I got tired of tricking off my dough to the weed man, plus the appeal of getting high wore off. I started smoking weed the summer before 10th grade and I quit in my early 20s. I picked up cigarettes the beginning of my senior year in HS and recently quit cold turkey. People say that a nicotine habit is tough to break but I find it very easy. I never feel the "need" to have a smoke, and the way my body responds to me after smoking let me know it's time to quit, and like weed the appeal of smoking wore off. At my peak I was a pack a day Newport 100 smoker.
...only thing that sucks is that the smoking dreams .

:dwillhuh: Cafe to elaborate on this a bit, breh? First I'm ever hearing of this.
Once you quit smoking everyday becomes a battle to not smoke. You notice a lot of cigarettes butts on the floor, you crave for the feeling of the smoke hitting your lungs and you pay attention to most smokers around you. One of the things that also happens is you dream that you finally give in to the cravings and finally light a cigarette.

It's a bit more on the nightmare side actually, 'cause you wake up feeling anxious and thinking "fukk, now I gotta quit again, why did I smoke that cig? Where did it even come from?". It takes a while before you understand that it was just the dream.

Usually on those dreams you can feel the rush of that second full drag, which is usually when you wake up because your brain reminds you of your commitment.

Quit ciggs 9 years ago exactly, haven't touched them since. Just go cold turkey, find distractions. What I did was chew a toothpick when I used tot smoke, I was in high school so In still spent breaks with my smoking friends, made standing outside feel less pointers. Did that for a week or two after which I just made a strong determination to never do it again.
Quit weed january last year, been smoking daily for almost ten years but it wasn't as hard looking back. Same problem with ciggs that I had to fight boredom but Just work out, find something to do and don't forget to look at the money you save, it's a big motivator.
Good luck breh:salute:
