Honestly as much as I ride for Sony at the end of the day I hope microsoft can came through to keep them on there toes. I mean the slaughter right now microsoft is taking I hope Sony doesn't get too cocky off this. Microsoft got cocky last gen now they eating that humble pie. But in the long run the only way they going to get back on top is if they provide games and experiences that you can only get on xbox.I mean at least with the switch your getting an experience you can't get with other consoles and your guaranteed nintendo 1st party exclusives regardless if it's powerful or not.

And as long as Nintendo keeps their 1st party games exclusive, they'll always be a competitor for Sony. It's gonna take someone like Google making a console to be a legit threat to Sony because Xbox truthfully never was a threat to Playstation anywhere except the states.

I feel you in regards to Sony's worldwide branding and that will be hard for microsoft to take down Playstation is practically a super power in that aspect. The fact microsoft going to play anywhere let's me know they got one foot in the console business and one foot out and there building a safety nest for there exit. But a complete Sony domination is not good and guaranteed for some type of fukkery to happen. I don't think switch will even come close to competing with the ps4 worldwide and this is nintendo's make or break moment.

The thing is third party developers are weary of taking there money because that PS4 fan base is to big to not cater too. Microsoft desperately needs to develop there first party since all there money hatting seems to be going timed exclusive that will eventually come to there competitor.
