Um, not really. The PS3 was delayed several months from its original launch date because of production issues related to the Cell and the late addition Nvidia GPU that was added when they figured out the Cell wasn't powerful enough to perform on its own.
That's personal preference but those games reviewed and sold well, so the masses don't agree.
The 360 exclusives you listed didn't even review or sell well. That's like a Sony fanboy putting Knack or The Order on a list of must play games.

Yet the PS3 was routinely selling under 100K consoles a month until the fall of 2008 and was firmly in third place each month, so that's not true.
Again, that's subjective outside of games performing better on the 360.
The reason Sony was hurting until the fall of 2008 wasn't a lack of games, it was solely pricing themselves outta the market due to their arrogance and them believing people would buy anything PlayStation due to their success with the PS1 and PS2.
The only reason the PS3 turned things around is because of Sony dropping them price and them cutting the manufacturing costs of the console.
