That looks :noah:

My wife is actually only learning how to cook. I cook better than her. She was always in dance teams, belly dancing class, teaching and marching with her high school Marching band, going to school andworking. TThat's why I give her a pass on the cooking. At least it wasn't like she was a bum bytch on the block who just didn't bother learning.

The few things she has made she has made amazing tho. Her chickenwith peppers and onions aand her totones are amazing

I think I'm going to learn to make my own sofrito/sazon and just store it in a jar for when I need it.
Better than the packages from the store.

Basic fundamentals of cooking....

Always use safety precautions.
Cooking at medium heat works best (and is safe).
Food that is covered while cooking, cooks faster and more thoroughly.
For obvious reasons, refrain from cooking with too much flour, butter or oil whether used or unused.

If you can read then you can cook. Good luck... :salute:

Are you really 30 and can't cook? And won't even take the initiative to learn how to? :why:

Do you see yourself as an asset or a liability in a relationship? :camby:

I know women in their 30s and 40s that don't cook.
Part of it is the convenience of microwaves and ordering out.

But cooking your own food (provided you have the time to do so) can be a lot of fun and therapeutic in some ways.
