It also poses the issue that the HR & hiring people actually look at that race question and use context clues from your name to determine if you're black or not.

So no interview?![]()
Put one resume in with your real black name, then put the same resume with a "white" name and fill out the EEOC info with your race as white. When you get a call back on the white resume you have a paper trail that shows clear cut discrimination based on name/race.
Sue the company for violating your civil rights
