Put one resume in with your real black name, then put the same resume with a "white" name and fill out the EEOC info with your race as white. When you get a call back on the white resume you have a paper trail that shows clear cut discrimination based on name/race.
Sue the company for violating your civil rights
Will they really look stupid if they "accidently" ticked white or will the employer look stupid for denying the interview because you weren't white
The cac that selected you because white isn’t conducting the interview and likely isn’t even in the same state.Even if you "accidentally" picked white, that same person who selected you because it said whiite can still make up a BS excuse to not hire you when they see you. You woulda did all that for nttn.
Its not like you starting the job because you put white, you still gotta do the interview

It also poses the issue that the HR & hiring people actually look at that race question and use context clues from your name to determine if you're black or not.
