a cac with a cocaine distribution charge is more likely to get hired than a black man with no criminal record and the exact same resume.

Put one resume in with your real black name, then put the same resume with a "white" name and fill out the EEOC info with your race as white. When you get a call back on the white resume you have a paper trail that shows clear cut discrimination based on name/race.

Even if you "accidentally" picked white, that same person who selected you because it said whiite can still make up a BS excuse to not hire you when they see you. You woulda did all that for nttn.
Its not like you starting the job because you put white, you still gotta do the interview

It also poses the issue that the HR & hiring people actually look at that race question and use context clues from your name to determine if you're black or not.

It happened 2 me b4...on my resume u would think I'm a highly skilled and educated yt girl.....I think I put my resume on career builder years ago...I get a call to come interview, it was up the street. .I said I would b there in 20 minutes n yes my professional voice is yt 2...I showed up and gave my name and said I was there 4 the interview errybody looked around confused af..lady went 2 the back then came out and said the job had been filled smh
