Before she get the job and after submitting an application (the recruiter has to respond to the application prior to setting up the interview) changing your race on the job app mitigates the issue of not getting application response....not sure why you're acting slow

I dont believe most interviewers have access to that kind of info. My moms is an HR manager and she says that info isnt forwarded to folks outside of HR. But we live a SM world so a person's race is easy to find.

I got a cac name, four names in fact, that makes me sound like I come from money... and Im "well" spoken. I put white on my last couple of apps before my current job. They were confused as fukk during the in person interviews but I think it was the name and voice combo that did it. I have no SM and almost no internet trail.

no HR department is looking at that shyt on the voluntary forms when resumes come through. It’s just for compliance only if they get audited or need to reference the statistics.

most of the time they are scanning your shyt for vague key words or it’s automated to look for certain skills. The race question isn’t even part of the app usually, it’s a completely separate form.

trust me if jobs are blocking you and not even calling you back it’s probably because you have a trash ass resume….

I’ve never had a problem getting call backs even back when my resume was weak and full of lies
