they fukked up when I joined the Army and I didn’t realize my ERB had me as white for my first 7 months. I go correct it and all of a sudden my bonus paperwork got lost and I had to wait another few month for the deposits lol. Cac’s ain’t shyt.

Yes, and there’s nothing that can be done about it unless you get in trouble at work. If anyone asks you can always say it was a mistake. I refused to disclose my race on identification block, for my current job. I got the interview and was hired over a bunch of good ol’ boys simply because I had a DD214 and wore a suit.

Personally, I would not wanna work for a company who doesn't want people who look like me to work for them. Even if I get the job, then I know I will hit a glass ceiling real quick!
