A March 24, 1996 game against the Chicago Bulls drew a crowd of 36,131. For this game, the basketball venue was reconfigured to accommodate more fans due to the popularity of the visiting team, which basketball superstar Michael Jordan played for during this time. Surprisingly, the expansion Raptors handed the record-setting Bulls one of their ten defeats that season, winning 109-108

I have said this many a times, but my pops shared season tickets in the early 90's through the mid 90's as the bulls started to dominate the league, so I have seen :mjpls: play in person countless times (literally) in the early 90's. I even went to game 5 of the 93 finals. the bulls were up 3 games to 1, and I wanted to see them win a ship with me in attendance. however, the crackhead on the suns, richard dumas, decided to go HAM, and we lost that game :sadcam:. this was their last season in the old chicago stadium, which is by far the LOUDEST stadium I have ever heard due to crowd noise due to the acoustics. I didn't get to go to many games after 1996 cuz I went away to school by then. however, one memorable game was in 1997 I believe when the bulls played the lakers and that nikka bean hung like 33 points on MJ. they were going at it that night. bean was only like 19 and in his second season. another memorable game I went to in during the 2nd three-peat was when that nikka rodman somehow managed to get a triple double. he hit a 3 pointer that game and everything.

life of privilege

Saw him when The Bulls played the Pistons in 95 when he was rocking the 45

Wish I got to see him more but Bulls tickets were hard as fukk to get back then

My pops saw him alot in the 80s. He went to the game in 86 when he came back from the foot injury plus when they played the Celtics in the playoffs at the old Chicago stadium

Saw him twice: Against the Bullets in 1993 (in Landover, MD). He dropped 40+ in 3 quarters (LaBradford Smith game).
And against the Sonics in 1996 (Rodman got ejected and tossed his jersey in the crowd)

Was that the game that MJ hit the GW fadeaway at the buzzer but was like half a second too late?
