Saw him when The Bulls played the Pistons in 95 when he was rocking the 45

Wish I got to see him more but Bulls tickets were hard as fukk to get back then

My pops saw him alot in the 80s. He went to the game in 86 when he came back from the foot injury plus when they played the Celtics in the playoffs at the old Chicago stadium

The old chicago stadium was great :wow:

Saw him in Game 3 of the 97 playoffs when the Bulls swept the Bullets.

Also I saw him when he played for the Wizards.

The old chicago stadium was great :wow:

yeah it was. back in the day, they were losing no more than 4 or 5 games there a season :ohlawd:

however, it did have some seats that were pretty shytty. I remember seeing this one cat who basically had seats behind a pillar so he couldn't see shyt on the court.

Was that the game that MJ hit the GW fadeaway at the buzzer but was like half a second too late?

Yeah that be the one.

Wasn't there, only saw MJ in his Wizard days. Bulls tix were impossible to get during that run, and I was just a high school kid.

Saw Jordan play against the Clippers at The Sports Arena eons ago. That was the Clipps home arena before Staples was built. That's when people would go to a Clipps game to watch the visiting team

A March 24, 1996 game against the Chicago Bulls drew a crowd of 36,131. For this game, the basketball venue was reconfigured to accommodate more fans due to the popularity of the visiting team, which basketball superstar Michael Jordan played for during this time. Surprisingly, the expansion Raptors handed the record-setting Bulls one of their ten defeats that season, winning 109-108

I was there

me too. mike missing that game winner...:ahh: must've been a draft in there :mjpls:

lol@them playing in the skydome though. that shyt was horrible.

I saw Mike hit a home run against the Carolina Mudcats when I was visiting family in Alabama back in 94. He hit a deep one to left center and the thing just sailed out in a hurry. Almost cried.....

We were too broke for tickets. We would have been one of the few blacks at the game if we could have afforded them. Television was good enough. All of you who saw him live, especially those of you who saw him many times, were you affluent, connected to sports in some capacity, or white?

For blacks who saw him (let alone many times live): were you with many blacks, or were you one of the few?

Saw him play in Denver once. Remember literally nothing about the game.
This. Saw him once when he was with the Bulls and I was like 7. Then once when he was in town with the Wizards when I lived in Memphis. Not even sure if he played that game :yeshrug:

Probably a couple of other times when I was younger as pops was involved with NBA then, but nothing I remember. Wish I could though.

any old heads in here see him play?

pops took me to a game

memories :to:

it was before he retired the first time
Saw him come to the Miami Arena and sh!t all over us once or twice. Both before and during Riley's tenure :to:
  1. First time I saw him we had Brian Shaw, Steve Smith and Harold Miner trying to guard him. We got a 13 point lead at halftime and the arena was rocking. That bald headed fukka just sat on the bench chilling drinking his gatorade. Got in in the 3rd quarter and dropped aa 40 spot on us. SMH at Harold Miner laughing it off as he sonned him in the low block.
  2. Another time was during the Riley years. He torched Voshon and Majerle for 30 something if not 40 but at least we won the game
The flu game :noah:

Not live though... :damn:
If we were talking about seeing him on TV it's safe to say more than half of us seen dude play.

My dad told me that he took me to a Knicks-Bulls game at MSG in 85-86... I barely remember anything from it (too young) :pachaha:

I saw him play the Celtics at the old Boston Garden in Nov. 1991, MJ dropped 44 and the Bulls won

Saw him play the Knicks at MSG in Feb. '92 he didn't have a great game but the Bulls won

and I was fortunate enough to see him play the Knicks again at Chicago Stadium in game 3 of the '93 Conference Finals and it was probably Jordan's worst playoff performance ever but the Bulls won big and Starks got ejected, good times, and the noise at Chicago Stadium is incredible, by far the loudest crowd I've ever heard, Boston Garden and MSG are both great places to see a game they don't compare to CS when it comes to crowd noise.

The last time I saw him was at some exhibition game vs. the Celtics at Mohegan Sun when he was with the Wizards.
