Its not disrespect, Garnett had an incredible peak thats top 10 all-time. 24/14/5 with 2 blocks and steals, while playing DPOY worthy on the defensive end. Kobe hasnt touched the overall impact Garnett had in 03-04.

McGrady was NEVER EVER better than Garnett.
KG was a 24/14/6/2 player in his prime with elite defense. Was an MVP candidate damn near every year.

at his peak kobe was/is the lakers...he could control the flow of the game from getting his own shot to possibly setting someone else up (tho this doesnt happen often)
kj had to be set up...to shoot the same fake-to-middle back to the baseline fade-a-way...not saying that he isnt great...but better than kobe....nah...

I wouldn't say KG's peak was better than Kobe's it was roughly on the same level. If anything YOU are the one that's disrespect KG by putting players like Kidd over him.
You probably started watching basketball in 06 or so, because no one that watched bball from the early 2000's would even dare to suggest that Jason freaking Kidd is better than him.

Kobe was better. Both elite 2 way players but Kobe just was a MUCH better offensive Player and Playoff performer. Kobe is actually more efficient then KG(a 7 footer) in the playoffs.
KG has 9 or 10 30 point playoff games(No 40 point games).Think about that for a second
