I seriously struggle with the n word

I say it all the time about damn near everything. I've been trying to stop altogether but it still comes out quite a bit. Especially when I'm surprised or watching sports. Any advice? I'm trying to stop being a part of the problem.

ive stopped using the word all together not even on the coli, i just replace it with "dude" or "bro" dont sound as cool but im grown and i dont even curse when in public. a little discipline goes a long way.

I say dude a fair amount. Maybe I'll just pick a random word. It's just that growing up with it, it's ingrained. Plus I use it on stage a lot. I hate that it naturally comes out. I should probably stop cursing in general. That might make it easier.

What is overuse tho? I'm trying to stop altogether because I literally have no use for it. I just say it because I can get away with it normally.
