Get out of here. If we all stopped using the N word, racism would still exist. Unemployment and incarceration would still be high. The use or non use of a world is never going trump actual progress. If I'm looking to partner with someone and start a business, I don't care if they use the N word or not. It just doesn't matter at the end of the day. There is no direct correlation between those that don't use the N word and overall success. It's just a word at the end of the day.
