I'll just say don't be so nonchalant about cancer. A friend of mine passed away yesterday from some kind of mouth cancer.

A few months ago he mentions at a meeting that the dentist found a small growth in his mouth and he had to get it checked out. As time went by the situation got worse and worse. Some people survive cancer but other people go really fast. Just saying appreciate the time you have and don't be so eager to leave. It's nothing to romantize or take lightly

I got my results from the CT scan place. I have paraseptal emphysema () and lobe nodules that the place said are likely benign. I go to the doc tomorrow to discuss the results, but this doesn't seem terrible. I was looking at paraseptal emphysema and I got another 5 - 10 years before I die. That's better than 1 year.
