I feel like there definitely was a missed opportunity. I know that the Puerto Ricans out here were fans of Peedi in a way that they weren't with Fat Joe.

Thank you guys for answering my question. I couldn't really tell myself. I started thinking about this kind of stuff after the one topic about Obie Trice and Freeway. The only other rapper combination that I thought of was Fred/Freck Billionaire and A Mafia. Both of them had plenty of features on mixtapes with popular artist(Fab/Cam), and garnered a following that wanted them to release more music.

I heard it was even a pain getting Bennie in the studio.. despite him being "next" (during rocafella days)

Yeah he cared more about being a street dude than being a rapper. State Property really just wanted to be famous in Philadelphia. When Beans locks in you get classic music but he only locked in when the money starts getting low. He didn't really have any grind in him.

Dude is the laziest talented emcee of all time :russ:

All that talent just wasted on random songs, guest features and a few good mixtapes but no solo albums :francis:
He has like 6 albums. If you didn't know this why didn't you simply just look it up?

The dumb bytches at RocaFella were shelving everything. State Property was just hanging around :mjlol:

That idiot Biggs got the nerve to say he listens to Rell's album everyday knowing they never released the album :dead:

It’s a vlad interview where peedi explains why he never put out a album

He fukked up so bad I couldn’t even listen to it Al the way without stopping a few times

Why? :wow:

That’s if you wanna give vlad a hit

It's crazy but it seems like all those Roc dudes are stuck in a time warp except for Jay. Who the fukk looks like this in 2025 anymore?

Peedi just doesn't work. Even his "mixtapes" are collections of older verses and guest appearance songs. There wasn't much new stuff.

Even in Philly, he did guest verses here and there, but no real presence. He's the only one in State Prop that didn't drop music. It is what it is.

The only reason he ended up on Roots albums is because he just happened to walk in the studio during a jam session, and spit a verse. They told him they were gonna use it, and he ended up having to redo it for real.

You can pretty much count everything he did since leaving the Roc. It ain't much. He also has a random True Master produced track out there.
