Will always be my biggest “what if” in hip hop. Dude was set to be a star. I stand by it. The dudes and women fuked with him, without him confirming

I was once in a meeting about deciding to give Peedi Crack "the push" because he was street enough for dudes and cute enough for the girls which is the winning combination. One of the biggest issues was that outside of freeway, everyone in State Property had horrible work ethic and had never shown that they wanted to be anything higher than a level above mixtapes. A lot of feelings got hurt that day.

If you haven't listened to it,the Camron drink champs he breaks down dipsets work ethic vs State Propertys and the rift it caused at Rocafella/Def Jam because Dame backed Dipset and Jay backed State Property. He even calls Peedi Crack about Jay deleting Cams verse on Peedis song. The Jay-Z rant about being multi platinum and being the first one in the studio every time is direct shots at State Property and their horrible work ethic. There's a reason Freeway has the most Jay guest verses which goes back to what was said in that meeting about Freeway vs other State Property members.
When I saw the thread, I was thinking that Freeway is the exact opposite of Peedi. Dropped several albums and never really heard anyone say something bad about him. Sigel and Chris are better rappers IMO, but Free's Got Nowhere verse is the most memorable to me out of everything that I've heard from that group.

Beans first verse on that track is one of his all-timers…

This is worse than Jules. Atleast Julez was working up until that one day he couldn’t find the studio and to this day they never told him where it was :yeshrug:

No one is worse than Julez. His work ethic in the studio was all Cam pushing him.

When he opened the clothing store they set up an album signing for him there and he didn't show up.

Missing an album signing for your album at your store that’s titled “What the games been MISSING” is insane!

I liked a couple of his Crakk Files tapes but there’s no reason after all this time he shouldn’t have an official album out
He ain’t even put one out through Amalgam Digital. Even Max B got locked up and still dropped the Vigilante Season album over there. :mjlol:

Nah, Peedi might be worse. He writes and hangs out in the studios...or at least with other people in the studio. He always has verses in the tuck, so there is 0 excuse. It's one thing to not want to go or not want to write, as was said about Juelz. It's another to want to go, be there, and just don't lay anything down.

Freeway is still putting out quality music to this day. His album last year was fire, he even got Peedi off the couch for a verse :mjlol:
