im overweight, i have man boobs, hair thinning, low testerone, weak penis, no energy, not much muscle, the veins in my arm dont even show, couldnt do 5 pushups. i thought my issues came from being overweight but i think it was actually the constant every day fapping that caused all of this

i been fapping everyday since like 6th grade im in my 20's now...deadass ive never missed a day even when id visit family id go in the bathroom and fap it.

i stopped fapping a week and some change ago my thinning hair appears to be sprouting back, i feel more energized i can now do 10 pushups, my penis feels more full and bigger, i feel like a man when im hard now and not a toddler who didnt hit puberty.

i want to continue no fap at least until January to see if theres any true progress but im not sure if i can resist. Should i keep going?

I'm too tired to fap lol. By the time I get home from work and do what I have to do with my free time fapping isn't even a thought in my mind.

Until I have a couple days off and some weed lol.

If u want to lose weight do this..but remember it's different for everyone bodies

I'm 6'4 250...good shape middle linebacker built

But 4 years ago i broke my ankle and was laid up for 4 months and with medication i went to 390 lbs i was 260 at the time.....that weight had me out of breath..tired...suffer from sleep apnea and E.D.

I never ate that much to start with.

So what i did was start off by walking the track 1 mile 4 days a week...then i up it to 2 miles a day..then 3 miles a day

After i started losing weight i start hitting the treadmill at the highest incline..would walk up to a mile, then switch to doing the elliptical.

My main motivation was my health and not for others..

Also lay off the chips, cookies fast food, fried food...

The days i work i only have fruits and subway oven roasted chicken

Days i don't work i eat 2 meals and that's it.. Just drink a lot...

The wacking off is on you..
