Mainly consists of Northern and East Africans eg Algerians and Eritreans with a mix of Afro Caribbean’s, Eest Africans, Eastern Europeans and IrishWhat’s it like in your part of town?
Dap + repThe Breakfast Club
Camden Market (definitely check out the French burgers, Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Jamaican, Colombian, etc. food stands around there)
I forgot the name of this Middle Eastern restaurant somewhere in North London...It’s in an area that got a lot of Lebanese, Egyptians, Greeks, and a lil bit of Black folks. But the restaurant got this HUGE platter of grilled meats (lamb, goat, and beef) and vegetables that’s like £50-something (nearly $70) but trust me, it’s so worth it
The Halal joints got awesome shawarma and the workers were chill whenever Black ppl walked inside and patronized. Be sure to bring cash tho, they don’t accept credit nor USD.
Borough Market got some good food
Go to Brixton for some of THE best Jamaican, West Indian, and West African food on that side of the Atlantic. A lot of ppl recommend this place called Negril too.
Forgot the name of the street but there’s some good Ethiopian places near King’s Cross.
The food courts at the malls are wayyyy better than the ones here in the States.
I’ll get back to you if I remember more.

Sorry if this was asked what do you do and how can a breh study abroad?
Shoreditch (good food and people watching if you wanna see some hipster fukkery lol

Didn't you partake in any drive by arguments?

Used to be quite decent but getting a bit rundown. Quite a bit of culture around here, remnants of Micheal X Black House era, sadly a lot of the black revolutionaries fell to the coke and alcohol demons. Only thing I would say is above average are the schools but even there funding is slowly decreasing

I went there it is drrrrrryThat’s a strong mix of cultures going on in one neighborhood. Speaking of Black revolutionaries, I’ve been wanting to learn more about that aspect of Black British history. I really wish I could’ve visit the Black Cultural Archives (think that’s the name) in Brixton![]()
