I’m a History major and first semester senior at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (an HBCU) and I studied International Business Management under CIEE.

You can look up many study abroad groups such as CIEE, SAI, Go Overseas, IES Abroad, Cultural Experiences Aboard, etc. and compare and contrast the program prices and the type of programs they have on offer that you wanna study as well as the cities and countries they go to. If you got a good amount of bread on you to pay for the program and air travel along with financial aid assistance and maybe even consider the option of applying for a scholarship if you need extra funds, definitely think about applying. If you go to London, you don’t really need any vaccination shots other than a Tetnus shot.
Preciate bro bro I'll look into it:salute:

@Sankofa Alwayz did the indians hit you with the :usure::mjpls:

How were the white folk?

Not too much, I didn’t really interact with them. How, a few of the Indian students at my hotel were chill, they played pool with me and my white roommate (he’s from North Jersey, can’t lie, he was actually pretty cool :ehh:)

The white folk for the most part were aight. They were actually kinda reserved and quirky. I haven’t rode any of the black cabs (they’re pretty expensive) but I know a good amount of the white cabbies tend to be on that “London isn’t what it used to be, it has changed for the worse :mjpls:” mindset.

This club I went to called Stables was in CamdenTown and it was fukking DOPE!!! Unfortunately, it burned down in a fire.

CamdenTown and Islington got a lot of dope nightlife spots, and I’m highly sure Shoreditch, Brixton, Mayfair, etc. got a good amount as well. I think the London brehs & brehettes can pinpoint to more specific spots. When it comes to clubs and lounges, I usually prefer a crowd that’s either somewhat predominantly Black or is somewhat mixed.

And London women generally react pretty positive to Black American men. Bonus points if you have some kinda accent that’s atypical of the General American or “News Anchor” accent that they’d pick up from American media. They’ll sometimes ask if you’re Canadian or American, they’re pretty cool tho. Dance with them at the club or lounge or even ask them out or try to hook up together for the night, you only live once breh. Hope you eat well :salute:

In summer we get that nice weather with the clear blue skies that remind me of cali. The city comes to life during summer but sucks during autumn and winter.
bullshyt, the average London summer no where near cali, the average London weather in summer does not pass 90F and never gets anywhere near 100F

Regular English food is pretty meh but I fux with the English Breakfast even if beans is kind of a strange concept from an American perspective. It was really good tho, I wouldn’t recommend eating it on a regular tho :whoa: That shyt can be heavy asf.

Some of the best Indian, Jamaican, Thai, Vietnamese, Iraqi, Lebanese, Turkish, Colombian, Chinese, Japanese, etc. I’ve ever had was during my time in London. The UK has some pretty decent meats and they even taste healthier than here since they don’t be putting much in the way of artificial agents in their food.

Some of the best chocolate I’ve ever tasted too....Hell, you can just go to a Tesco Express and grab a chocolate bar that’s 2 times better than anything you’ve ever had in the States. Once I ate a caramel chocolate Cadbury bar, I just haven’t looked at American chocolate the same anymore....Even Snickers is wack to me now :wow: Snickers used to be MY shyt!!!

For some reason, they don’t have cheese flavor Doritos over there. I was like :martin:

And yeah, there’s hardly much in the way of peanut butter over there neither lol.

You’ll notice that a lot of the flavors from the food you eat in the UK is kinda “tamed” if you got an American palette but it was still pretty good to me.

The desserts are GOAT over there, even the gelato spots along Edgware Road.

Don’t EVER drink local/European coffee while over there....No offense to the UK brehs & brehettes but idk why y’all and Europe in general love that watered down decaf shyt so much :scust: You’ll never take Starbucks for granted again after drinking the local coffee over there. But thankfully, there’s an abundance of Starbucks over there as they compete with three major UK/European coffee chains in the Greater London region.

They also really LOVE Nando’s over there too.

Starbucks is burnt garbage breh, dafuq are you talking about. :gucci:
