When it comes to women, be yourself. To the right women. So many men who struggle with what you do and aren't exactly good at talking to women aren't themselves. Be anxious, be awkward, etc. that's a part of who you are and your struggles.
My boyfriend has horrible anxiety. It's super noticeable, too. When we first started talking he told me right away about it and his issues. Considering I also deal with anxiety as well as depression, I understood.
Don't worry about the women, thing though. For a long time I thought I was doomed in the relationship department because of my mental health issues. But I met someone who gets me, uplifts me and we work together and try to uplift one another when we're feeling bad. You'll meet the right person for you someday.
Maybe also seeing a therapist might help. I know it helps both my boyfriend and i. Sometimes just having someone to unload all your thoughts onto and hearing yourself speak can be relieving and also help you organize your feelings and thoughts. Good luck man
