Bro was just awkward as fukk when it came to talking to anyone. He never kept a fresh cut or was motivated to do anything big. Dude is fearful of change. He a lil overweight. He watched some alpha male videos. It provided a motivational spark and then he came to me to help him out physically since Im a trainer. He has been living with me and my wife to help us with our newborn since I travel alot at times. But I always take him out to different places. Bought him some outfits. I make him to talk to some my female clients which has made him more comfortable. We got a ways to go but there is hope for him. He hung out with one of my clients over the weekend. Double date dinner and movie thing with me and my wife. He didnt do too bad at all.
