First things first, you need to overcome your shyness. Take women/getting p*ssy/finding a girl out of the equation. Engage in activities you enjoy doing where you can meet people (i.e. playing basketball, flag football league, book club, movie club, etc.) and work on improving your social skills. Once you've developed your social skills to the point where you can converse and connect with people over common interests and observances then you can move on to applying those skills towards meeting women.
