Yeah - it was definitely massively successful and critics loved it. But at the end of the day, it wasn't a hip hop album.It may have strayed too far from hip hip for this list, but to call an album that won the Grammy for Album of the Year a poor attempt at going solo is hilarious.

It's crazy that KRS is gonna lose his spot to a rapper who never made a proper solo album

But 3000 is a beast on the mic, those first three Kast albums are classic and he's always been a contender for my #10 spot

Breh, The Love Below is not a rap album and calling it a Hip Hop album is a stretch. Dre has zero solo rap albums and that's the MAJOR reason I don't believe he deserves to be in a Top 10 GOAT MC list. Why should he be on there over MCs that have continually proven they can craft great solo rap albums?
