I do not believe being in a group should disqualify 3K from being on a list like this. I believe that him not having solo projects should disqualify him from being on this list. Ghostface is a very prominent member of a group but I believe he deserves to be on the list because he has an extensive and impressive solo catalog.

The whole point was to be objective. If you can sit back and objectively say you would rather take Krs, Rakim, or G Rap's career over someone like Jay I don't kno what to say

It is not objective,...
This based on skill and culture.
You can make up who the best emcee is this culture has a criteria and it is not up to preference at all. This culture won't go anywhere living by ol school way of thought semantics.

Which is why if there was no krs.
None of y'all would know about rap or hiphop.
Ir would have well over by three to five years before most of y'all was born.
That is why you have to respect the element and culture.
Or they don't be around anymore at all.

That is why now, we are only down to rap as a business of the elements and sooner or later they gon make that a comedy spoof. If guys don't start embracing this culture for real. Rap is not rnb but they will make it into some wack form of it if you don't fight.
They will take it from you.

You said that it peaked in 88.
I did not say that.
I can say that rep fans from 96 till were marketed and not grassroots fans.
All because I know the person who created the marketing to make hiphop global.

Everything anyone into rap is about after 96, is because of that.
So, people need to understand when corporations became prevalent and need to have the culture reinforced because in corporate..
When a formula is created it will be copied and b*stardized.
Which is what happened and why we are where we are.
You can not forget the culture.
It is like twerking,...we are black culturally twerking if we had our culture in tact in America would be a general attraction method our women would do culturally and be accepted as common

Since we have our culture stripped it is viewed as taboo.
So, we need ro keep our culture intact or it is lost.
This country has made it so we don't even dance with our women and if we had our culture in tact we would relate more.
Which is why hiphop is important because it connects us to out culture as a gateway though the culture of hiphop.
