He just does not have to culture based content to trump someone like rakim, krs, melle Mel as a solo artist.
Nor does his overall scope as a emcee have a really defined black nationalist style character.
So, he would fall out of the top five.
As historically he has no contribution to reslot and reshuffle the top five.
