He is one half of Outkast, and it'd feel funny as hell to leave him out and have Drake and Cole on the ballad.

This where it gets tough becuz theres only 10 spots left. Id be fine leaving off Cole since I feel Kendrick and Drake have accomplished a lot more. Big Boi should get a shot but if Q Tip does than so does Phife. Eiht, Quik and 8Ball & MJG I don't think are top 50 at all. Maybe Quik but he's much better known for is production. Juvi is a good one tho
