As does The B.Coming 
I remember not liking the Cool as much as F&L in real time, but still thinking it was one of the best hip hop albums of 2007.F&L still sounds fresh to me. Leak and retail version
You won't like The Cool tho. It doesn't follow a traditional hip hop sound all the way through. A good mix of alternative style production on it, it's sorta like a later OutKast album in that aspect.
